Dearest Reader,

MERIDIAN 101 OUTREACH

To those who have attended our talks or workshops, we would like to say a BIG thank you for your support, and we sincerely hope you have benefited from the session!

Through conducting talks and workshops at clubs, corporate, and community centres, we are now able to reach out to more people to share the immense benefits of meridian massage. Many of the participants have since come back for other workshops, even bringing along their friends and family members!

We are also very excited and encouraged by the feedback of some of the participants:

J Foo (TCM physician): “I strongly believe the effectiveness of meridian massage.  What Meridian 101 practices is about adding Chinese herbal oils together with the massage. This would greatly enhance the healthcare benefits of meridian massage.”

Jolene Chan: “My children really enjoy the meridian massage ever since I learnt this technique at Meridian 101 workshop.  Every night, they would ask, ‘Mommy, today massage where?'"

Wong Yew Leong: “I am a teacher at a junior college and I normally sleep very early (before 9 pm).  At the workshop (7-9 pm), I was initially struggling hard to stay awake.  Amazingly, after doing the neck & shoulder guasha, I felt very alert and energetic.”

Jacey: “Facial guasha is very relaxing. My face glowed after the guasha exercise.”

Patricia: “My face does not look so tired after the facial guasha.”

Sal: “My husband commented that I looked good the next morning after I attended the facial guasha hands-on workshop!”

To those who have not signed up for the workshops, we sincerely hope you too could come join us for a fun and rewarding session and benefit from this ancient art.

STORY: UNJAMMING MY KIDNEY MERIDIAN

Many of those who are past 40 start to experience pain in their knees when they walk up or down a flight of stairs. The daily routine jog becomes unbearable all of a sudden. Here’s Joanna’s experience…

“I recalled the day when I started suffering from an excruciating pain in my knees. It was so bad that I had difficulty in walking up a flight of stairs.

I enrolled for a Quantum Bio-Energy Health Check at essentiallyMeridian and realised that the pain was a symptom of a blockage in my Kidney Meridian. I was recommended to strengthen my Kidney Meridian by applying meridian massage with Angelica Ardent and Vital Meridian herbal essential oils on my "San Yin Jiao" acupoint and to my small back.

I'm glad to share that after just a week of self-massage, I began to experience vast improvement to my condition. Meridian therapy is truly a very useful self-help skill set that everyone should learn.”

Joanna

AGLOW WITH A ROSY COMPLEXION!

Angelica is “Dang Gui” in Chinese. It is the most widely used herb by Chinese physicists. There is an ancient saying: “Dang Gui” is prescribed in nine out of ten prescriptions.” Angelica is mild in nature, tastes hot and sweet, and is commonly used to enrich the blood and promote and facilitate blood circulation. It is often used in gynecology related cases and is described in the book, “Outline of Herbs” as a very important herb for women. Besides regulating blood circulation, it can also moisten theintestines and thus be used as an aperient.

The main ingredients of the Bel’Air Angelica Ardent Essential Oil are angelica and rose essential oil. Regular use of this oil helps you to relax and induce in you the vitality that is essential to thrive in today’s highly competitive world.

Those who are keen are welcome to join us in our Meridian 101 for Beauty workshop to learn how Angelica Ardent could be used in facial guasha.
